An X-ray and doctor’s examination confirmed that San Antonio point guard Rod Strickland suffered a broken third finger on his left hand during the Spurs’ loss to the Phoenix Suns on Sunday. Strickland is expected to sit out the rest of the teams’ best-of-five playoff series. The Suns lead the series, 2-0.
