RIOT BABYSITTERS: Phyllis and Kenneth Wire of Orange had not expected the L.A. riots to have a direct impact on their household. Then on Thursday they found out Phyllis’ cousin, Darcy Morgan, a junior at USC, and nine of her friends from campus had to leave their homes because of rioting. The Wires told her to bring them all. . . . “They’re sleeping anywhere they can find a spot,” Phyllis Wire says.
