Theaters Pitch In: Admission to all Los Angeles and Orange County Metropolitan Theaters will be $1--plus a can of food--for one week starting Friday as the theater chain rolls back prices in support of efforts by local residents and businesses to rebuild riot-torn areas of the city. The canned goods will be passed along to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank for distribution to those in need.
