MONDAY BLACKOUT: Here’s a barometer of how low the Los Angeles Rams’ image has sunk: ABC-TV’s 17-game schedule for Monday night football came out Wednesday, and the Rams were left off for the first time since 1982. (C1) . . . The Rams, just 3-13 last season, were an all-around bust in their last Monday night appearance on Nov. 25, 1991. They lost 33-10 to the San Francisco 49ers, and the game’s TV audience was seventh out of nine major network programs that night.
