Razmig Konyalian has been promoted to vice president of Boyle Engineering Corp. in Newport Beach. He oversees the engineering services division. Konyalian, who specializes in the design and rehabilitation of large-diameter pipelines, serves as a special consultant to the California Department of Water Resources, the Municipal Water District of Orange County and the San Diego County Water Authority.
