That’s No Joke: Country music star Dolly Parton, during an interview to be telecast Wednesday night on “A Current Affair,” is asked how she feels about dumb-blond jokes. Says Parton: “I’m not offended at all by the blond jokes because I know I’m not dumb. I think they’re funny. And I also know that I’m not blond.”
