ANGELIC WELCOME: Under other circumstances, Angels interim manager John Wathan might have been upset when the team came home Tuesday to meet the Boston Red Sox (C1) and he discovered that his Tustin condo association had towed off his rented van. But after the Angels bus crash last week, Wathan says: “You start to realize that things like (the tow) aren’t that big a deal and you put everything in perspective.” . . . Wathan had parked the van outside his garage and, since it was newly rented, he didn’t get a chance to put a condo sticker on it.
