Legal Pains: Producer Neal Marlens, creator of ABC’s long-running “Growing Pains,” has filed a $50-million Superior Court suit against Warner Bros., claiming he has not shared in the financial success of the series. The suit says that Marlens is entitled to 25% of the show’s net proceeds, and accuses the studio of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, concealment and breach of contract, good faith and conversion. It claims Warners has used “voodoo accounting” in showing a deficit of more than $2.6 million for the show, despite $204.4 million in gross revenues to date. A Warner Bros. spokesman could not be reached for comment.
