HOH to Move Its Main Office to Orange County

HOH Water Technology Corp., which is trying to mass-produce a water-treatment system that it developed, said it is moving its headquarters to southern Orange County from Newbury Park.
The move follows HOH’s agreement to turn over the manufacturing and marketing rights to its system to a newly formed company, Electropure Inc., which was formed by an investor group led by Floyd Panning of San Clemente, HOH said.
HOH had hoped to make its system in Puerto Rico, but the company said it plans to divest its Puerto Rico subsidiary to eliminate about $2 million of debt related to the facility.
HOH has been little more than a research-and-development firm since its founding more than a decade ago. The company has said it hopes to sell its water-filtration system for residential and industrial use.
