Rotating Stars: Joey Heatherton is replacing Sean Young in “Stardust,” the Tin Pan Alley revue at the Wilshire Theatre, as it begins its extension beyond its initially scheduled run. Young “wants to relax” before resuming her film career, said her spokeswoman, but “she’s leaving the door open” to a possible return to the Broadway-bound show. Special material that had been designed for Young will be cut from the show.
