Agricultural Deputy Retires: Frank Parsons, chief deputy of the Orange County Agricultural Commission, retired last week after 37-and-a-half years with the commission. Parsons, 67, said he plans to involve himself in volunteer work, specifically as a tourguide for the Orange County Fairground’s Centennial Farm, which is a living museum of local agriculture. He also will direct youth activities for 50 Rotary Clubs in Orange County and surrounding areas.
