* Lewis Galoob Toys Inc. has named William G. Catron executive vice president, general counsel and chief administrative officer.
Catron, comes from Paramount Pictures Corp., where he served as senior vice president, assistant general counsel.
The San Francisco-based toy maker also announced the appointment of Mark C. Shepherd to the position of senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer.
Shepherd, 36, most recently was with Bank of America where he served as vice president/manager of the international banking office.
