* Roberta Jorgensen, president of the Orange County chapter of the American Institute of Architects, has formed a new firm with San Diego architect James Robbins and his partners Dale Combs and Janene Christopher. The new firm of Robbins Combs Jorgensen Christopher will have offices in Orange and San Diego counties. Jorgensen, formerly vice president and director of architecture for CRSS Architects, Inc.’s Western region, will oversee Orange County operations from the Tustin office.
