Shining Knight: “Forever Knight,” the CBS late-night show that first aired in May, has received a 22-episode order from the network. The series, which airs Tuesdays at 11:30, is about a 13th-Century vampire who atones for hundreds of years of evilness by serving as a Toronto cop.
