The men stole the victim’s watch, along with other items, Sgt. Chet Barry said. He was not injured.

Police broadcast a description of the three men and their white Cadillac.

Minutes later, Anaheim Police Detective Paul Gallagher spotted a Cadillac heading west on the Riverside Freeway near Harbor Boulevard, Barry said.

Gallagher, driving in an unmarked police car, followed the vehicle until marked units joined him and pulled the Cadillac over a few miles away.

Patrick F. Lepulle, 26, Brian T. Mitchell, 23, and Antonio T. Mejia, 24, were arrested without incident on suspicion of armed robbery, Barry said.
