BASEBALL / DAILY REPORT : AROUND THE MAJOR LEAGUES : Expos’ Hill Might Skip Next Start

Right-hander Ken Hill of the Montreal Expos probably will sit out his next scheduled start Tuesday because of a sore right wrist.

The 10-game winner was hit by a line drive off the bat of teammate Larry Walker on Friday night. Hill was sitting on the top step of the dugout when he was struck.

X-rays on pitcher Hill’s right wrist were negative, the Expos said.
