WATER HOG: Every Sunday for two years, crowds have watched Henry the lemon shark slurp up vitamin-laced mackerel and squid fed to him by a suited diver at Fish 2000, a Tustin tropical fish store. But alas, Henry has eaten himself right out of his home. Once a baby, he now stretches to 4 1/2 feet, too large for the 7,000-gallon tank. “He’s a beautiful shark, but he eats like a pig,” says the store’s Mally Sarig. Last Sunday he bit the diver on the head. That was it: Henry will be shipped to San Diego’s Sea World next week.
