THREE THREES: Three sets of South County triplets make their TV debut today on KABC’s “Home” show (10 a.m. on Channel 7). Patti McTeague, show spokeswoman, says the topic is timely because new fertility techniques have meant an increase in multiple births. . . . The show targeted Orange County because of the renowned fertility clinic at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills. It has produced eight sets of triplets in two years with four more en route.
