Tour on Hold: American diva Jessye Norman has canceled her European concert tour “for reasons of health and vocal fatigue,” concert organizers in Monte Carlo said Monday. Norman’s tour was to have included programs in Monte Carlo on Thursday and in Salzburg on Sunday. No other details were provided.
