LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Lisa Caputo has joined the Clinton-Gore presidential campaign as press secretary to Hillary Clinton. Caputo, who has worked as press secretary to Sen. Timothy E. Wirth (D-Colo.) for three years, recently managed the vice presidential media operation at the Democratic National Convention in New York.
