ROAD NOTES
Caltrans plans the following freeway closure this week:
Three lanes of the eastbound Foothill Freeway (210) will be closed today in Pasadena and Arcadia from Michillinda Avenue to the Baldwin Avenue off-ramp from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
