The victim and suspect in a homicide earlier this week have been identified by authorities.
Richard Fluker, 23, was shot and killed in his apartment Wednesday in the 3500 block of Grove Street, Sheriff’s Sgt. Manny Castillo said. His body was found that afternoon by a neighbor.
Shortly afterward, Fluker’s wife, Darsell Elaine Fluker, 32, turned herself in to San Diego police officers at the Skyline substation, Castillo said. She was carrying the gun used to kill her husband, authorities said.
Darsell Fluker was booked into Las Colinas women’s jail on suspicion of murder. Bail had not been set, Castillo said.
