WETLANDS ABC’S: The “Good Morning America” show is taking a look at the good and bad in wetlands restoration in Orange County. . . . An ABC network production crew will spend today filming three wetlands projects: a near-failure by the city of Irvine, an Irvine Co. project doing well near Tustin Ranch, and another attempt at Mason Regional Park. . . . U.S. Fish and Wildlife biologist Jack Fancher, who will guide the crew, says: “This issue deserves national attention.”
