OXNARD : Dentist Is Arrested in Molestation Case
An Oxnard dentist was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail Saturday after he was arrested on suspicion of molesting a 12-year-old patient, officials said.
Craig K. Alhanati, 34, was arrested at his Saviers Road office Friday afternoon, Oxnard police said. The female patient told investigators that Alhanati fondled her several times during a dental examination on Thursday, authorities said.
Alhanati was being held at the County Jail on suspicion of having lewd or lascivious acts with a child under age 14, a jail spokeswoman said.
