So Robert (“I can pile it higher than Thomas Keller”) Gadsby is back to “educate” us again (Restaurant News, Aug. 30).

What he in truth does is make people too nauseated by his ego to eat out. Your ink is better used writing about quality restaurateurs like Robert Bigonnet at Le Chardonnay, who will still be serving us wonderfully well long after Gadsby is long gong.
