SPACE DOCTOR: Saigon-born physicist Eugene Trinh, a member of the NASA Space Station Experiments planning team, will make consecutive Sunday appearances in Orange County. . . . Today he speaks at 2:30 p.m. at the Irvine Barclay Theatre, and next Sunday he’ll be at the Hyatt in Garden Grove for a Vietnamese-American science group’s annual meeting. Conference chairman Long Tran says of Trinh: “We want Vietnamese youths to realize they have a modern hero to be proud of.”
