COLEMAN’S BURNER
The glorification of a selfish jerk who risks the slaughter of innocents for kicks does not make pleasant Sunday reading. It scares the hell out of me. The father and bicyclist in me would like to help Coleman drive over a cliff before she kills my family and me, but the teacher in me demands a more civilized approach.
Please, Ms . Coleman, get a life before you take one. Get out of your car whenever you feel the need for “exhilaration or eerie moments.” I have bicycled over most of the Pacific Coast Highway from Los Angeles to Canada, and if not for disturbed speed demons like yourself, bicycle touring would be safe and sublime.
