PPO Alliance, a Woodland Hills-based provider of health-care programs, said John R. Williams joined the company as director of provider relations for Northern California.
Williams previously was executive vice president and chief operating officer of the California Assn. of Hospitals and Health Systems, and earlier was president of the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University.
