SMALL CLUBS ONLY: Graham Parker, who begins his American tour Sunday at the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano (OC Live!), figures to work harder than on his last U.S. tour--a rock ‘n’ roll revue package with Dave Edmunds, Dion and Kim Wilson. Sharing the spotlight and the pressure “takes a lot of the weight off,” says the English rocker. “It was fun to do.” . . . This time he’ll be alone, with his new band, the Small Clubs.
