Ice-T on Tap: Controversial rapper Ice-T will be a featured speaker at the hard-rock-oriented Foundations Forum ’92 convention that begins Thursday at the Stouffer Concourse Hotel in Los Angeles. Ice-T is scheduled to address the gathering of music industry staffers Friday, while his metal band Body Count--of “Cop Killer” notoriety--is set to perform Saturday as part of the convention’s Concrete Foundations Awards ceremony.
