HUNTINGTON BEACH : Gunman Sought in Wounding of Man

A man suspected of shooting and critically wounding a Fountain Valley man after an argument remained at large on Thursday.
Police found Paul A. Locicero, 22, in an apartment at 8141 Major Circle suffering from several gunshot wounds Wednesday night. He remains in critical condition at Westminster Humana Hospital.
Witnesses told police that they heard an argument, then the sounds of gunfire about 8:25 p.m.
The alleged gunman is described as 19 to 25 years old with shoulder-length blond hair in a ponytail. He is between 5 feet 10 and 6 feet tall and weighs 150 to 160 pounds, Hume said.
