And Baby Makes Five: Comedian Howie Mandel and his wife, Terry, are the parents of a third child. Riley Paige Mandel weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces when she was born Saturday at Tarzana Regional Medical Center, Mandel’s publicist announced Monday. The Mandels have two other children, Jackie, 7, and Alex, 3.
