Cyrus to ABC: Country star Billy Ray Cyrus has signed a production deal with ABC for two music specials and a made-for-TV movie, the network announced Monday. Cyrus, whose “Achy Breaky Heart” was No. 1 on both country and pop charts, will complete his first prime-time special for broadcast early next year. The subject matter for Cyrus’ acting debut was not announced.
