Diane Bade has been named executive director of the Arcadia Child Health Council.
Bade, a registered nurse, was council president in 1991-92 and has been interim executive director since April. She has also been a trustee of the Arcadia Educational Foundation and has been a member of the PTA in Arcadia and the Arcadia Unified School District task force.
The council has provided medical, dental and psychological services to needy children in Arcadia for 55 years.
