KTLA-TV Channel 5 and KCOP-TV Channel 13 are opting for movies as counterprogramming. KTLA is airing “Back to the Future” from 7:30-10 p.m., while KCOP has “Police Academy” from 8-10 p.m. Each will then deal with election results on its 10 p.m. newscast.
