Who’s Doing What: Pat Buchanan, who left as a panelist on “The McLaughlin Group” to seek the Republican presidential nomination, will visit the syndicated program Saturday to participate in a post-election analysis (4:30 p.m. Channel 4). . . . John McLaughlin’s weeknight CNBC cable program, incidentally, will become a live broadcast (7 p.m.) starting Monday . . . “The Joan Rivers Show” will leave its New York base and tape a week’s worth of shows in Los Angeles starting Monday , with the casts of several TV series slated for interviews.
