West Covina : Public Works Contracts OKd

The City Council on Tuesday awarded four construction contracts to the lowest bidders for public works projects, including landscape improvements, drainage system construction, gutter repair and street rehabilitation.
The projects will cost an estimated $205,000. Funding will come from several sources, including maintenance district taxes, budgeted funds and Proposition 111.
