Countywide : Planning Group Sponsors Workshop
A group that encourages environmentally based city and county planning decisions is sponsoring a workshop today in Thousand Oaks.
The Citizen Planners Project of Ventura County has invited city and county officials, environmental groups and community leaders to the workshop, which will run from 12:30 to 5 p.m. at the Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Road.
Guest speaker will be Richard Register, a designer, builder and author of “Eco-City Berkeley” and “Another Beginning.”
