If I were Morrison, I would not turn in the scavenger. It doesn’t seem right to tattle on people who dig into garbage cans to make a living. I figure, if they’re doing it, they probably have to.
As for the Hancock Park woman who saw her tax money pilfered on trash day, I’d advise her to visit City Hall, where she can see her money pilfered every day.
