Former UCLA guard Gerald Madkins, one of the last two players cut by the Chicago Bulls this month, signed with the Grand Rapids (Mich.) Hoops of the Continental Basketball Assn. Former UCLA guard Darrick Martin was cut by the CBA’s Rapid City (S.D.) Thrillers.
