Kennedy: Years of Lightning, Day of Drums (A&E; Sunday at 11 a.m.; again Monday at 6 a.m.) and Four Days in November (TNT Sunday at 5:30 p.m.) A pair of outstanding ‘60s documentaries, the first made by Bruce Herschensohn, who just lost his bid for the U.S. Senate, on President Kennedy, airing on the 29th anniversary of his assassination.

About Mrs. Leslie (AMC Sunday at noon; again at 8:30 p.m.). Outside her “Hazel” series the late Shirley Booth is best remembered for her Oscar-wining portrayal of the slatternly Lola in “Come Back Little Sheba.” But she was also unforgettable in this 1954 soaper about a middle-aged boarding house operator, grateful to have been the true, although secret, love of a tycoon (Robert Ryan).
