LESS BEGGING: A new study by Grand View College in Des Moines indicates that Tustin-based Trinity Broadcasting Network is at the forefront of a trend toward less fund raising by religious broadcasters. . . . Trinity spends only 8% of its air time on fund raising, the study says. Also, latest figures filed with the Internal Revenue Service reveal that in 1991 Trinity founder Paul Crouch took a salary cut, from $122,000 to $109,000, although Crouch family members together still pulled down $274,891.
