FOOTBALL

San Diego State running back Marshall Faulk, who strained his right knee in Saturday’s 45-41 loss to Fresno State, still is listed as questionable for this Saturday’s game against No. 1 Miami, Aztec trainer Brian Barry said.

“He made progress (Monday),” Barry said. “His range of motion was up, and the pain was down. We will continue manual therapy.”

The Aztecs did not practice Monday, and Faulk is not expected to practice today.

“We will probably hold him (today) and do sideline rehabilitation and see how he responds to on-the-field stuff with us,” Barry said. “He is progressing on schedule.”
