Kent Graham went to training camp in July as a longshot to make the New York Giants’ roster, but the eighth-round draft choice from Ohio State will start Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys at Irving, Tex.
Giant Coach Ray Handley said Tuesday that starting quarterback Jeff Hostetler won’t play against the Cowboys because of a concussion sustained last Sunday against Philadelphia.
