Ice-T Gets Cold Shoulder: Concert promoters in Upper Darby, Pa., canceled Wednesday’s scheduled show by rapper Ice-T because off-duty police, offended by his “Cop Killer” song, refused to work as security officers at the theater. The concert, which was to be held at the Tower Theater near Philadelphia, was set to feature two other acts--Public Enemy and House of Pain. Ice-T stirred up nationwide controversy earlier this year with “Cop Killer,” a song about a man’s desire to kill a police officer.
