* Bob Goetz has been promoted to senior vice president of sales and marketing for Micro Technology Inc. in Anaheim. He was previously the company’s vice president for U.S. sales. Jack Hiett has been appointed senior vice president of operations. Hiett, who joined the company in 1990, had been vice president for customer service. And Gary Scott, who joined Micro Technology in 1988, was promoted to senior vice president of European operations.
