Tracking for Answers

An obstacle leading to low ridership on Metrolink is the difficulty of getting information about it. Where are the stations? What are the routes? What are the schedules?

I tried calling RTD and after getting a busy signal, I got an answer, listened to a recording and waited on hold for a person who pleasantly gave me another phone number to call for Metrolink information. I listened to the information--a recording which gives you a choice of information in English or Spanish, which is great, but it is rather cumbersome and it does not provide all of the information I would like.

I suggest that The Times print a route map, schedule and fares for Metrolink every day for a week and then once a week for the next year, and publish the Metrolink phone number every day.
