Dana and his sidekick, “B-1 Bob” Dornan, seem to relish the role of “bully” and nurture their image as such at every opportunity.
Congressman Dornan has developed being a bully into an art form. If he applies to the NEA for a grant, will Dana lead the charge to de-fund Bob’s offensive displays?
