Irvine Sensors Corp.: The computer electronics and infrared-devices company reported a loss of $895,800, or 8 cents a share, for its fiscal year ended Sept. 27. That compared with a loss of $319,000, or 4 cents a share, for fiscal 1991. Revenue declined 10%, to $3.8 million from $4.2 million.
