HILLARY LOOK? St. John Knits, the Irvine-based women’s clothier, has submitted several dress and suit designs for consideration by First Lady-to-be Hillary Clinton. The company is awaiting word about whether she has selected any. The classic, Eastern Establishment style clothing sells for $600 to $1,000 an item. . . . Alan G. Millstein, editor of Fashion Network Report in New York, says St. John and Clinton would make a good match. “They cater to the aging boomer,” Millstein says. “Their customer has a little less blond in her hair and a little more blue.”
